People receiving career advice, counselling, personal coaching or management training from us are asked to evaluate the services they receive. When employers fund our services, they see these evaluations before we do.

Recent analysis of 131 client ratings shows that 84% are in the top category - "excellent" - and a further 11% are in the "satisfactory" category. These are good results but we’re trying to improve on them.
