Ensuring You Receive Quality, Tailor-Made Solutions

We put clients’ needs first

We are very flexible in our response to clients’ circumstances. For example, when childcare problems stopped nightshift workers attending workshops during the day, we moved the starting time to 2.00 am. We are also realistic in helping clients achieve optimum value from their budgets.

You will deal with the Directors of Careers Partnership (UK), from your initial enquiry to project completion.

This approach builds easier, more productive relationships. It simplifies communication, stops “buck passing” and speeds up decision-making if you need to change course on any project. You will always deal with well qualified career management specialists who have very wide-ranging experience of the world of work.

All our written reports are individually drafted to meet your specific needs. We do not use standardised, computer-generated psychometric reports for career counselling and selection purposes.

Our approach means that each report is written in response to your particular concerns (eg. How well would this candidate perform in this role? How can I achieve the best work life balance between my career ambitions and my family’s needs?). Career advice / counselling issues can be complicated and great care is taken to make the information easy to read and use.

We monitor our work continuously to maintain our high standards and ensure that every client receives the best possible advice and help.

People receiving career advice, counselling, personal coaching or management training from us are asked to evaluate the services they receive. When employers fund our services, they see these evaluations before we do.

Recent analysis of 131 client ratings shows that 84% are in the top category — “excellent” — and a further 11% are in the “satisfactory” category. These are good results but we’re trying to improve on them.

What our clients say about us:

"I would recommend this careers consultancy because I felt that the consultant really listened during the interview and asked pertinent, open questions. This led to the production of a report and recommendations which greatly exceeded my expectations and which are very illuminating. I have used a career counselling service in the past and the support, insight and advice you’ve given me have been far superior"

Young graduate aiming to develop an international career

"We spent a total of five hours concentrating on various aspects of improving my technique and confidence. I have never received such in depth help and guidance before and have to say that the level of support offered was vital to me. From memo written to his employer’s Human Resources Manager by the candidate selected for a senior management post

"Linda’s personality, skills and experience helped me through a difficult redundancy. She was patient and humane enough to boost my shaky self-esteem, at the same time as pushing me through processes that I baulked at. On a practical level, she helped me review my skills, to write a more focused CV and to investigate different ways of marketing myself. I found her generous and extremely good value"

"I’m very impressed – I wish I’d had the same kind of careers counselling help when I was my daughter’s age. Now I’ll be asking my other daughter whether or not she’d like the same!"

"Very professional service which gives people the opportunity to look at their skills set through the eyes of an unbiased third party – in essence a potential employer. Have already recommended this service to 4 colleagues"
